Our AI assistant, Promise, is powered by Anthropic’s Claude API. When you chat with Promise, your messages are sent to Anthropic’s servers to generate a response. Anthropic processes these messages in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We do not store chat transcripts on our own servers.

Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, or government ID numbers) in the chat window.

We use minimal cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to track anonymous site usage. We use sessionStorage (not cookies) to remember whether you’ve already seen our site popup during a browsing session — this clears automatically when you close your browser tab.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Form submissions are retained in Formspree until manually deleted. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. We do not retain AI chat conversations.
