1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message you include
- Lead capture form submissions — same fields as above, submitted through our site popup
- AI chat conversations — messages you send to Promise, our AI assistant, are processed to generate responses
We also collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site through Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This data is aggregated and used only to understand how people use the site.
2. How We Use Your Information
Information you submit through our contact or lead forms is used to:

- Send follow-up communications related to Ashley Sara Marketing services
- Understand your business needs and tailor our outreach accordingly
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. AI Assistant (Promise)
Our AI assistant, Promise, is powered by Anthropic’s Claude API. When you chat with Promise, your messages are sent to Anthropic’s servers to generate a response. Anthropic processes these messages in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We do not store chat transcripts on our own servers.
Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, or government ID numbers) in the chat window.
4. Third-Party Services
Our site uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Formspree — processes contact and lead form submissions (Privacy Policy)
- Google Analytics 4 — site analytics (Privacy Policy)
- Anthropic Claude API — powers our AI assistant (Privacy Policy)
- Google Fonts — typography loaded from Google’s servers (Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare Workers — routes AI chat requests securely (Privacy Policy)
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to track anonymous site usage. We use sessionStorage (not cookies) to remember whether you’ve already seen our site popup during a browsing session — this clears automatically when you close your browser tab.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
6. Data Retention
Form submissions are retained in Formspree until manually deleted. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. We do not retain AI chat conversations.
7. Your Rights

8. Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
